We are independent

AvatarIL is an independent, unofficial fan community. It is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, Nickelodeon or Paramount. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios, and Avatar is a trademark of its owner. All names and marks belong to their owners.

Using the website

• The website is provided as is, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
• Do not try to hack, overload or harm the website or its servers.
• The website's content and design belong to AvatarIL and may not be copied without permission.

Community rules

The rules on the rules page apply in Discord and in the server. Breaking them can lead to a warning, a mute or a ban. Not knowing the rules does not excuse you from punishment. If you think a mistake was made, you can appeal in a ticket.

The store

There is no store yet. When it opens, the following will apply to it.

• Buying in the store requires logging in with Discord and accepting these terms.
• Payment goes through an external payment provider, and we do not store card details.
• What you buy is digital content for use on the server only. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
• We will not sell an unfair gameplay advantage, and we follow Mojang's guidelines for Minecraft servers.
• Cancellations and refunds follow the law, including consumer protection law, and will be explained in the store before you buy.
• Minors may buy only with a parent's or guardian's approval.
• Anyone who breaks the rules may lose purchased perks, as far as the law allows.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for damage from using the website, the server or Discord, or from interruptions. The community is run by volunteers.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
